Gōjū-ryū (剛柔流?)
Our Style
Gōjū-ryū (剛柔流?) is a traditional Okinawan style that incorporates both circular and linear movements into its curriculum. It combines hard striking attacks such as kicks and close hand punches with softer open hand circular techniques for attacking, blocking, and controlling the opponent. It includes locks, grappling, takedowns and throws and was founded by the Okinawan Karate Master, Chōjun Miyagi.
